Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ReplyCraft AI mobile application (“App”) operated by Jenefa (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReplyCraft AI is an AI-powered reply assistant that generates suggested message replies based on user-provided text, selected tone, and thinking level. The App uses third-party AI providers to generate responses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account & Usage

• The App assigns an anonymous identifier to your device. No account creation or personal information is required.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your device’s use of the App.
• You agree not to use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Free & Premium Plans

• Free Plan: Includes a limited number of daily reply generations and access to selected tones and thinking levels. Limits are subject to change.
• Premium Plan (ReplyCraft Pro): Offers unlimited daily generations, all tones, advanced thinking levels, and additional features. Premium is available via auto-renewable subscriptions.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store (“Store”).
• Payment is charged to your Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the respective Store according to their refund policies.
• Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency by the Store.

6. AI-Generated Content

• Replies generated by the App are AI-created suggestions and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your context.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated reply.
• We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated replies.

7. Data & Privacy

• Message history is stored locally on your device. We do not store your messages or generated replies on our servers.
• Messages are sent to our API server for processing and forwarded to third-party AI providers to generate replies. Messages are not persisted on our servers after processing.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or premium restrictions.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or infrastructure.
• Use the App to generate spam, phishing content, or impersonation material.

9. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Jenefa and protected by intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the text you input and the replies you choose to use.
• We do not claim ownership of AI-generated replies.

10. Availability & Modifications

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party AI providers which may experience downtime.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
